The CEO

CEO

I'm extremely proud of our long history, our engineering expertise, and most of all our continued customer service excellence.

John Johnson, CEO.

Our history

In 1989, Social Engineers was established as a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor providing repair and maintenance services to a variety of industry sectors. Years later, we've evolved into an international multi-disciplined service provider capable of delivering innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to a wide range of complex engineering projects.

In 2010 we acquired Davitron Systems, a civil engineering company, bringing our now COO Frank Franklin onto the team, and in 2017 we went on to acquire Mountain Control Systems Ltd, expanding our expertise in ventilation and heating engineering services.

With over 50 certifications and awards spanning over 25 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, Social Engineers are fast becoming one of the industries most respected companies.

We have developed and implemented an integrated management system that has been certified to UKAS standards and we are consistently winning awards for our health and safety management. We are achieving our targets in waste reduction, recycling and fuel usage and have been recognised by ICE and CEEQUAL for the quality of our work.

But most importantly we're proud to call ourselves the world's friendliest engineering company, backed up by years of customer service awards.
